Founder of Juon Pointe and Team Leader. Ex-professional dancer and ballet teacher. Esther developed the Juon Pointe system over 40 years, creating a Pointe Shoe Fitting System, Mentoring Program and Pre-Pointe Assessment. Her aim is to bring together through co-corporation Dance Educators, Pointe shoe fitters and Dance Health professionals to support the dancer!

Georgina runs her own business, Barrina Ltd, where she provides Pre Pointe Assessments, Custom Pointe Shoe Fittings, Artistic Athlete Biomechanical Mentoring, and presents original dance and medical conferences. She is the first person ever to receive the Juon Pointe Gold Standard award. Georgina also works part time as a podiatrist.

Marketing professional, entrepreneur and Pointe Shoe Fitter. Co-founder Arabesque in 2015 and leader of the company to the present day. Simultaneously, she serves as the Pointe Shoe Fitter at Arabesque, trained in various countries by the world’s top pointe shoe brands. Certified in the Juon System.

Michelle Deschamps, is the founder of Royal Ballet, a center dedicated to classical ballet. Her focus is employing proper technique, emphasizing effortless movement principles, preventing injuries, and promoting muscle longevity.
She holds a certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies from the Royal Academy of Dance and is a Registered Teacher with the RAD. Her qualifications also include studies in Progressing Ballet Technique and the Juon Pointe System.
Has promoted cultural and artistic events in her hometown for over 25 years.

Paige is an instructor, choreographer, and dancer based in Vancouver, Canada. She has completed a Master of Management, Bachelor in Arts (Psychology), Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS), holds Registered Teacher Status (ARAD, RAD RTS) through the Royal Academy of Dance, and is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique. Through her business, VAMP en Pointe, she helps dancers to transition safely onto pointe following the training methods and expertise of Juon Pointe.

Rhea Lwin is the president and founder of On Pointe Dancewear in Bellevue, Washington. She is a world-renowned, certified pointe shoe fitter with extensive knowledge of all major pointe shoe brands and a proud Juon Pointe team member. With a background in classical ballet, jazz, modern, and contemporary dance, Rhea combines her understanding of dance movement with the business expertise gained from a successful corporate sales career and a degree in marketing from Santa Clara University.

Her technical expertise in pointe shoe construction and fitting methodologies has made her a trusted resource for dancers, educators, and dance medicine professionals throughout the Pacific Northwest. Passionate about supporting dancers at all levels, Rhea is dedicated to ongoing education and innovation in pointe shoe fitting.
